PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Red Warwick (formerly Warwick Mill) is a 200,000 sq.ft Grade II listed cotton mill constructed in 1907 situated in Middleton, Manchester, UK.
Headland is providing in-depth construction and development management advisory to the Hong Kong based owner.
The Oval Partnership have prepared designs to convert the former cotton mill into a one-stop destination for trade and wholesale of predominantly Chinese household goods and construction materials.
Facilitated by its geographical advantages, Red Warwick is well served by major roads, less than a 20 minute drive from Manchester city centre and a 30 minute drive from Manchester Airport.
Red Warwick will also incorporate a 6,000 sq.ft F&B space destined for a high end restaurant and dining experience.
